Please ensure that you have carefully read and understand these terms and conditions before you place any order on this site. By placing an order with us, it is assumed that you agree to the terms and conditions that are set out below. If you are not entirely happy with any of these terms, or have any further questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
By signing up for an account, you are able to place an order, view your order history, and quickly access your address and other details ready for future visits to this website. Your personal account will be securely protected by a password that you may choose, although we are able to reset this or provide a temporary replacement password if you do forget your password. However, creating an account with us is entirely optional, and if you wish you can still place an order without doing so.
We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users, and operate fully in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Any personal details that you supply will remain entirely confidential, and in no circumstances will they be sold to any external organisation. Such information will be used solely for the purposes of order processing, collecting payment and dispatching your items.
All items that we supply will be dispatched from our UK based warehouse facility. In most cases, orders will be processed within 24 hours of cleared payment being received, but it can take up to 48 hours in some cases. Please note that the specified time scales apply only to working days, specifically Monday to Friday, and excludes public holidays. All orders placed using our regular service will be sent via Royal Mail 24 or first class post, unless otherwise stated. If you choose the express next day delivery option, your items will be sent using Royal Mail special delivery. You will be notified by email at each stage of the order process, including a confirmation email to let you know that the goods have been dispatched. Delivery costs will be determined based on the total size and weight of your specific order. We are also able to accept international orders, to be sent to any location in the World, and the cost of overseas delivery will be calculated during checkout based on the destination country as well as the total weight and size of your goods.
We only accept website payments via PayPal, a secure and reliable online payment network. You do not need to have a PayPal account if paying with a credit card or debit card as you can checkout as a guest, but for your own benefit we recommend that you do create a PayPal account. All prices on this website are quoted in UK pounds sterling (£) by default, and they include any applicable taxes where appropriate for customers within the EU. If you order from outside the EU, please make sure you are aware of any local customs rules, and be prepared to pay any local taxes if required.
Returns and Cancellation
You are able to cancel your order if you wish at any time up to the point at which yours goods are dispatched. Any payments you have made to us will be fully refunded within 7 days. If after receiving your goods you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return any unwanted items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, assuming your goods are unused, and returned in their original condition complete with packaging. You will need to pay for the return of goods, however please contact us before returning anything so we can authorise the return and resolve any other problems you may have. We are not able to accept any responsibility for items that are lost in the post after being returned, so please ensure that you obtain proof of postage and use a recorded delivery method.
