Delivery Information

We offer a fast and reliable delivery to all customers to ensure you get your goods as soon as possible. All items ordered through our website will be dispatched from our UK based warehouse. Orders of items that are in stock will usually be dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment being received, but in some circumstances it can take up to 48 hours. Please be aware that these quoted time scales apply only on working days, specifically Monday to Friday, and excluding any UK bank holidays. Orders using our standard delivery service will be sent via Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail first class post, unless otherwise stated. If you have chosen the express next day delivery option, your goods will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. You will be notified by email at each stage of order processing, including a final email once your order has been dispatched. Postage and packing starts from just £1.99, and orders over £30 are delivered free to any address within the UK using our standard delivery service, but charges will apply if the express next day delivery method is chosen during checkout (the exact cost will be calculated based on the total weight of your order). We will also accept international orders to be dispatched to any location worldwide, but the cost of delivery will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the total weight of your order. If you order from outside the EU, you may be liable for any customs or local taxes specific to your country.
